
The Story
Recently an existing landlord telephoned his office with a common question “can you help me appraise a property which is on the market for sale and also give me a rental expectation?”. He says “I went back to the office and emailed a written appraisal to my client and he replied saying if his offer was accepted he would be giving the business to us”. “The offer was accepted, the property is rented and now managed by us” .
