May 2011 – What’s New @ PriceFinder

PriceFinder  is excited to announce the latest changes and product updates now available to all PriceFinder PRO Members. There has been some major changes to the PriceFinder Phone Database and Property Report, plus some enhancements to existing features that we think you’ll love. Phone Number Washing

PriceFinder will now wash all telephone numbers in the country every 28 days and will either be displayed in Red or Green. Washed Phone Numbers are now displayed on the ‘Property Report’ and similarly when generating an Ownership Report.  PriceFinder is so excited to be able to offer this valuable service to all our PriceFinder PRO Members as a complimentary add on until 31st July 2011.

  • Green numbers have been washed within 30 days and are not on the ‘Do Not Call Register’.
  • Red numbers indicate that these number are on the ‘Do Not Call Register’.
  • Black numbers are possibly new numbers and have not been washed yet.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The washed phone number database will be available to all PriceFinder PRO Members as a complimentary ‘add on’ until 31st July 2011. After which, all exisiting PriceFinder PRO Members will be able to access this valuable service for only $2.31 + GST per week!

Suburb Flyover Report – ‘A CMA for a Suburb’

Introducing the new Suburb Flyover Report (PDF), the equivalent of a CMA for a suburb. This new report can be easily generated, simply by clicking on the Growth Charts Tab and typing in the Suburb Name.

The Suburb Flyover includes the following information: View Sample Report

  • Cover Page with your Company Logo, Quick Suburb Statistics & Agent Details
  • A Suburb Map dislaying Recent Sales
  • Suburb Sales & Growth Charts (including Median, lowest, highest values & number of sales)
  • PriceFinder Range Segmentation Graph
  • Recent Sales (the 20 most recent sales in the suburb)
  • ABS Census Data (optional)

The Suburb Flyover Report is the first step in an exciting new feature launch…which is not far off so stay tuned!

Listing & Rental History Information

The Listing & Rental history will now be visible on the Property Report similar to the image below. The last 10 entries will be visible for listings and the last 5 entries are visible for rentals. As always, the full listing & rental history can be accessed under the ‘View Complete History’ links.

A ‘Listing Status’ has been introduced and is now visible on the Property Report.The terms ‘For Sale’, ‘Sold’ & ‘Not For Sale’ and ‘For Rent’ & ‘Not For Rent’ have been used to clearly identify the status of each property.


Other (smaller but just as important) Changes

  • CMA Changes: An option to ‘hide’ secondary images on the CMA (e.g Internal Images) is now available.


  • Ownership Report (PDF Options): After running an ownership report for a street or suburb, you can now print a Full Report that includes both the vendor & purchaser details, phone numbers & zoning.
