Add Agents Advice (Sale)
Is there a recent sale you know of that hasn’t been reported to PriceFinder yet that you would love to include in your reports? PRO members will now have the ability to add their own sales data instantly into PriceFinder, for use within CMA & Sale Reports. No more waiting 1-3 months for your sales to filter through. Visit any property on the site and look out for the ‘Add Agents Advice’ icon under ‘Property Tools’. It takes only a few seconds to display the sales within PriceFinder. Based on your feedback, we know you will love this one!

Presenting the ‘Super’ Property Report
All PriceFinder members now have available to them a new Printable PDF Property Report, aka the ‘Super’ Property Report. This detailed 4 page report can be downloaded from the ‘Print Page & Export Options’ button (found in the top right corner of the page) then select Print Property Report (Photo/Map). The eagerly awaited ‘Super’ Property Report includes:

Data Update Request
The reporting of any data requests or data queries is now more convenient with the addition of the new ‘Data Update’ feature, located on every Property Report! Whether it be an incorrect spelling of a name or street, a listing or past sale anomaly or features update, the PriceFinder data team can be quickly alerted at the click of a button.
To notify PriceFinder, click on the ‘Data Update’ icon (under property tools) or the icon in the top right corner of the relevant property details section. PriceFinder will automatically be alerted with all the required property information allowing the team to investigate further & action any changes that may be required. CMA Changes
The CMA Print & Go Report has been modified slightly and now looks even better!..It now includes multiple property photos and some slight mapping adjustments! A small change, but one that many of our clients have been asking for! To check out the new additions to the CMA report, click on the sample report below.

Sales & Growth Chart
The PriceFinder Charts have been updated making them even more prettier! The inclusion of the moving median can now been seen alongside the original median indicator. Washed Phone Numbers (Brisbane Only)
The first stage of a phased rollout of a washed phone number database is here. All Brisbane phone numbers have been washed against the Do Not Call Registry and can be identified within the system by a red *. Other Regions & States will soon follow, so watch this space!
Important – Although washed phone data is available, we always recommend getting phone lists washed yourself, as the end onus is always yours & just remember the Do Not Call Registry is updating everyday.
