Step 1 - Search for the property you wish to purchase the title or plan for and click through to the ‘Property Report’. Located under the Research Tools, Click on the ‘Purchase Title & Plans’ icon.
Step 2 -You will be presented with 2 options; Purchase Plan or Purchase Title. Simply click on the hyperlink depending on which document is required.
Step 3 - An administration password is always required to approve the purchase. *Please note this is password is not the same as your login password. If you do not know this password or need to reset it, please contact Customer Support on 1300 665 177 to do so.
Enter your administration password & click ‘Purchase’.
Title documents are available for download instantly by clicking the ‘download title document’ button.
All plans will be emailed directly, within minutes, to the email address provided above.
