Getting Started…
Firstly, click on the ‘For Sale/Rent’ tab located on the Main Search Menu. There are two types of reports; listings and rentals.
Enter the details about what area you would like to search either the ‘Search by Street’ or ‘Search by Area’ section.
2. For Sale Reports – How long has that property been for sale?
Finding what’s listed is easy. Select ‘Listings’ from the report type and move down to the ‘Search by Area’ section and enter a suburb. Now click GO.
Set out your search criteria when presented with the ‘Refine Search’ options and click GO. Once you have your results, click on the individual properties for a closer look or print a professional report.
Remember to use the ‘Print Page & Export options’ button to produce your professional looking For Sale reports.
3. Rental Reports
Just like performing a listing search you can find what is for rent. Just select the report type ‘Rental’.
Enter your location details in the ‘Search by Street’ or ‘Search by Area’ and click GO. you will notice the ‘Refine Search’ options change slightly.
Remember to use the ‘Print Page & Export options’ button to produce professional reports.
