Reporting Data Updates

What do you do if you come across something within PriceFinder that requires further investigation, updating or adjusting on a database level or  Government level? PriceFinder can now be easily alerted by using the ‘Data Update’ request box linked directly to the Property Report.

Step 1:

Head to the Property Report in which the issue applies to and locate the ‘Data Update’ icon under ‘Property Tools’.

Step 2:

Tell us about the data request and whether it refers to Ownership Information, Property Features, Property Description, For Sale History, For Rent History, Sales History, Land Valuations, Zoning or the Suburb Growth Chart.

Step 3:

Provide your contact details and enter further details about the data update request, then click SEND.

Your request will be automatically lodged with the PriceFinder data team with all  necessary property detail after which, the query will be investigated further. The PriceFinder team will contact you if any further information is required or to provide a status update.

There is a shortcut allowing you to provide further detail on the data request. Within the Property Report, you will see the icon next to each section of the report. Simply click on the icon and the request box will automatically populate the request category.
