A basic version of the PriceFinder database is shared by you, limited to sales data and PriceFinder estimates. A Share user can view sales and growth charts for any suburb, run price estimates for their property and access to basic mapping.
Q: What data is restricted?
We do not include phone numbers & ownership records, CMA functionality, Advanced Charts or For Sale/For Rent data.
Q: Who controls access?
You do! Only share the link with people you want to. Share is not available unless you Share it!
Q: How does this differ from sharing a CMA?
This is not yet another paper report, it is online access for your clients and friends.
Q: Do consumers view this data already?
Yes but at a cost. Our competitors sell reports online and are widely sold from $65 up to $99. We give you the power to offer this free of charge to select clients and prospects.
Q: How long can the system be accessed?
