PriceFinder allows you to instantly add Agent Advised Sales directly from the Property Report. It is instant, simple & easy to do, just follow the steps below!
Getting started:
From the main search menu, search the property you wish to attach the recent sale to. Click through to the Property Report & locate the ‘Property Tools’, which can be found below the ‘Research Tools’. See below.
Now, instantly attach the sale…
Select the ‘Add Agent Advice’ icon and the green form below will display. Enter all the relevant details of the sale, such as, Agent details or Office Name, Sale Price (580000), Contract Date (26/10/2010) & Property Type (House). You can also add a property photo that will display in all your reports! Once all correct details have been entered, click SAVE.
Once the Sale has been saved, it will instantly appear on the Property Report, under the Sales History. All agent advised sales will appear in red.
Important - If your contact details are not listed in the drop down box, you can add them by creating an additional user under ‘Member Services’. Click Here to learn more on how easy it is to add/edit additional agents to your account.
Please Note – Quality measures have been put in place to manage the integrity & accuracy of the database. All advised sales will be monitored and cross checked where possible. The Agents Advised sales will cancel out once the Government Sale filters through to the PriceFinder database.
