1. Find your property!
Simply search for your property and click on the CMA icon under ‘Research Tools’. But before you do, remember to upload your office logo and agent details into the ‘Members Services’ section of the site.
2. Select your CMA options
Steps 1 & 2 let you confirm the property address and property attributes and update as required, then confirm your contact details and owner details should they wish to contact you later.
Step 3 includes a selection of research & statistics; select ‘Property Report’ detailing the property in questions, Locality images with shading provides the owner a quick overview of what has sold in the areas, the latest suburb growth charts & ABS Census information.
Step 4 is perfect for Property Managers or if you need to provide a rental CMA CMA. Choose from the latest rentals nearby to give an idea of potential yield or check out our PriceFinder Estimates section.
Step 5 allows you to select from the latest property listings with days on the market and the latest recorded comparable sales to give an insight into current market conditions.
Finally Step 6. Just add your appraisal estimate if required, then select ‘Show CMA’ and print or email to your clients!
